Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Coope.ai platform operated by Coope.ai ("Coope.ai", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. The service
Coope.ai provides regulatory, standards, certification and environmental-product-declaration intelligence, including search, monitoring, analysis and AI-assisted answers. Features, coverage and data sources may change over time.
3. Informational only — no advice
The platform and its content are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, regulatory, compliance, financial or professional advice. You remain responsible for your own compliance decisions and for verifying information against official sources. See our Disclaimer.
4. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including: attempting to access it by unauthorised means; scraping or bulk-extracting data beyond your plan; reverse engineering; overloading or probing the infrastructure; or using outputs to provide a competing data product without authorisation.
6. Plans, limits & fees
Access may be subject to plan tiers, usage limits (including API rate limits) and fees described at sign-up or in your order. We may meter usage to enforce limits.
7. Intellectual property
The platform, its software, design and compiled datasets are owned by Coope.ai or its licensors. Underlying public regulatory texts remain the property of their respective authorities. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform during your subscription.
8. Your data
Documents and information you upload remain yours; you grant us a limited licence to process them to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. No warranty
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Coope.ai and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on the platform. Aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified through the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer and data-protection rights under Turkish law for users in Türkiye.
